Early Life & Career

Coming from a family with two very hard-working parents, I grew up knowing the importance of diligence. My dad ran a successful publishing business for years and my mom was a well-respected educator. Both fostered my knack for business, encouraging every venture, no matter how foolhardy it seemed. It is that family environment and support that allowed me to start my first business at the age of 16. It wasn’t as successful as I would have wanted it to be, but I was hooked. I’ve been an entrepreneur ever since.
